Helpful to include: your phone model, what you were doing, and a screenshot if there is one. Beta riders can also long-press any screen in TestFlight to send feedback with a screenshot attached.
Common questions
- My trace drifted off the trail.
- Tree cover and canyons weaken GPS. The app flags weak-GPS stretches; scores use the good parts. If a whole ride looks wrong, send it over.
- Strava isn't connecting.
- Disconnect in Settings, then reconnect — Strava tokens occasionally expire early. Still stuck? Email us with the approximate time you tried.
- How do I delete my account?
- Email from your account address and we'll remove the account and every ride within 30 days. See the privacy page.
- Does it work without cell coverage?
- Yes — rides record offline and sync when you're back in range.
